The Cochon Chef's Course card will give members added benefits with their card at 60-participating partners nationwide, including an exclusive complimentary chef-prepared tasting course at restaurants and discounts at wineries and Cochon partners. A portion of the proceeds from Chef's Course Card will benefit the James Beard Foundation. HOW IT WORKS Sign up now to enjoy one full year of benefits, including a complimentary Chef's Course at participating restaurants around the country. Imagine going out for an evening at one of your area's best restaurants and treating your friends to a special gift from the kitchen. Card holders order as usual and before your meal is over, the chef will send you something special from the kitchen. Each member of your party will enjoy an amuse bouche, a half-sized appetizer or a tasting portion, created to your tastes and dietary preferences.
